Airport Guest Services Lead ~ Under Review

Provides support to the Airport Guest Services Supervisor in leading the Airport Guest Services team to provide a high quality customer experience. Essential functions include serving as dispatcher, main point of contact, and daily observations of guests; refer inquiries to proper stakeholders; assist with scheduling, training, payroll, reports and other documents using MS Office; ability to make independent judgment decisions to minimize customer impacts; and possess leadership skills. Requires: Valid Iowa Driver’s License, Graduation from High School or GED; and some experience in the performance of administrative and customer service duties; or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Work schedule varies; typical schedule is nights, weekends and includes holidays and inclement weather.  Full time position with benefits and opportunity to earn tips.  Starting salary $12.07/hr.
