The Work generally consists of a 9,200 square foot FBO Facility and an adjacent 18,000 square foot preengineered metal hangar and associated architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, technology, and sitework at the Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
