Description of Work

The Cedar Rapids Airport Commission (“Commission”) is seeking to engage with a consultant to assist the Eastern Iowa Airport with developing an actionable plan that outlines a clear pathway to grow aerospace section in the Greater Cedar Rapids Region. The consultant is expected to have extensive knowledge and experience working in the aerospace industry and be able to deploy that knowledge into an actionable plan for the Commission and other key partners.

The Eastern Iowa Airport will receive sealed bids at the Office of the Airport Director, The Eastern Iowa Airport, 2515 Arthur Collins Parkway SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404-8952 until 2:00 p.m. on March 28, 2025.  Bids received after this time will not be opened. Office hours are 8 AM – 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.
