Description of Work

The Cedar Rapids Airport Commission, operator of the Eastern Iowa Airport, is seeking a creative service agency to provide marketing materials for various mediums, including print, television, and digital\online advertising, as well as billboards, videos, or other emerging platforms on a time and material basis.

The Eastern Iowa Airport will receive sealed bids at the Office of the Airport Director, The Eastern Iowa Airport, 2515 Arthur Collins Parkway SW, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52404-8952 until 2:00 p.m. on February 28, 2025.  Bids received after this time will not be opened. Office hours are 8 AM – 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.
