Description of Work

The Work generally consists of constructing a 2,575 square foot pre-cast building and installation of central heating and cooling equipment to serve the terminal and demolition of existing central heating and cooling equipment in the terminal and associated architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, technology, and sitework at the Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The Eastern Iowa Airport will receive sealed bids at the office of the Airport Director until 2:00 p.m. on August 15, 2024. Bids received after this time will not be opened. The bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on August 15, 2024 at the Commission Room of the Eastern Iowa Airport, 2515 Arthur Collins Parkway SW, in the City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Office hours are 8 AM – 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.
