Description of Work

The Work generally consists of parking lot and roadway pavement including, PCC saw cutting and removal, modified subbase, PCC pavement, electrical, technology, fiber replacement, and traffic control at the Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The Eastern Iowa Airport will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on August 13, 2026 at the office of the Airport Director, 2121 Arthur Collins Pkwy (Airport Terminal Information Desk).  Bids received after this time will not be opened.  The bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on August 13, 2026 at the Don Swanson Conference Room in the Airport Terminal of the Eastern Iowa Airport, 2121 Arthur Collins Parkway SW, in the City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
