PARCS Equipment Procurement RFP

The Cedar Rapids Airport Commission (“Commission”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) at the Eastern Iowa Airport (“Airport”). Proposals will be evaluated by Commission staff, with support of its consultants, and scored based on criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals should note that the RFP is for PARCS equipment and installation only, additional infrastructure and improvements to support the proposers PARCS equipment will be bid separately and completed separately by the Commission. The company awarded the PARCS project is expected to assist in design and coordination with the contractor selected to perform the improvements and infrastructure to support the PARCS project.
