Guest Services

CID Guest Service Associates are available to assist passengers and customers with several services.

Wheelchair Assistance

The Eastern Iowa Airport terminal is handicap accessible. For people using wheelchairs, there are specially designed curbs, doors and elevators located at key locations. Elevators featuring Braille floor designations and raised control buttons assist the visually impaired. Also, service animals are permitted in the terminal buildings. Airline ticketing and baggage claim areas are also accessible. Airlines offer special escort/transportation services, upon request, with wheelchair assistance provided from the curb to the security checkpoint. Additionally, customers can page an airport CID Guest Services Associate who will provide wheelchair assistance, along with luggage service and valet parking. Handicap parking is available in both the short-term and long-term lots. A handicap hang tag or license must be displayed to use a handicap parking spot.

Coat Check

We will secure your coat while you are on your trip. Reserve the service by filling out the form below. Upon your arrival you will need to check in with our guest services associates at the Information Desk inside the terminal.

This credit-card only service costs $10 per item, and is paid upon check-in of the article.

Key Check

For customers who are having someone pick up their vehicle, CID offers a key check service. This credit card-only service costs $5 and is paid when keys are dropped off. This can be arranged with Guest Services by email c.info@flycid.com or calling (319) 398-7077.

Valet Parking

Full-service valet is available by placing a reservation using the form below.  The cost is $20 per day, which includes the parking and valet fee. Please note – this is a credit-card only service. Payment is made when you return from your trip.

Here are the simple steps to have a stress-free parking experience:

  1. Fill out the online reservation form. This provides our Guest Services team your flight information.
  2. When you arrive at CID, pull up your vehicle in front of the Guest Services booth along terminal drive. One of our Guest Services associates will be ready for your arrival. The associate will confirm your flight information, park your vehicle and secure your keys during your trip.
  3. Upon your return, go to the Guest Services Counter in the baggage claim area to retrieve your keys and finalize payment. Your vehicle will be ready for you curbside of the terminal.

Vehicle Assistance

Jump-Starting Vehicles

Guest Services associates can provide assistance when available for jump-starting vehicles and inflating tires.

Cost for jump-start assistance is $25.
