Description of Work

The Work generally consists of constructing an approximately 25,500 square-foot building expansion and associated architectural, structural, mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, electrical, technology, and sitework and installation of baggage handling equipment at the Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The Eastern Iowa Airport will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on October 20, 2026 at the office of the Airport Director, 2121 Arthur Collins Pkwy (Airport Terminal Information Desk).  Bids received after this time will not be opened.  The bids will be opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on October 20, 2026 at the Don Swanson Conference Room in the Airport Terminal of the Eastern Iowa Airport, 2121 Arthur Collins Parkway SW, in the City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
